I paint quickly in a free-spirited, impressionistic style creating bold and graphic images of things around me that are inspiring. I choose to express myself in enthusiastic as well as more precise methods mirroring the nuances of my personality. I also highlight the obvious by creating a new perspective on taken-for-granted structures in local towns. I like to use my natural talents feeling the need to use my art to connect with people whether they are relating to the subject matter or being affected by the positivity of my brightly colored acrylics. Perhaps I choose to paint cityscapes of my current environment because of my love of city life in general, also reminiscing about past memories as well as appreciating the now.
